USA Makes Final Ruling on Sodium Nitrite   


On August 11th, 2008 the International Trade Council of the United States announced that the antidumping and anti-subsidy tariff will be imposed on sodium nitrite (HS code: 28341010) originated from China and Germany.
   On November 29th, 2007 the United States launched an antidumping and anti-subsidy investigation into sodium nitrite originated from China and antidumping investigation into sodium nitrite originated from Germany. On July 1st, 2008 the Department of Commerce of the United Stated made a ruling that the dumping extent of the Chinese enterprises was 190.74% and the subsidy rate was 169.01%.
