Weekly Prices of Agricultural Products and Production Means    

The Ministry of Commerce announced that under the survey to 36 large and medium cities, the overall price level of edible agricultural products from June 30th to July 6th was 0.3% higher than the previous week and the overall price level of production means was 0.1% higher.
   In 57 major agricultural products monitored, 29 varieties had a price rise, accounting for 50.9%, 10 varieties had an equal price, accounting for 17.5%, 18 varieties had a price drop, accounting for 31.6%.
   In 112 major production means monitored, 21 varieties had a price rise, accounting for 18.8%, 78 varieties had an equal price, accounting for 69.6%, and 13 varieties had a price drop, accounting for 11.6%.
   Nonferrous metals, steel products, light industry and rubbers had a price rise. Construction materials, chemical fertilizers, oil products, coal and mineral products have an equal price. Crude oil, aluminum, steel plates enjoyed a higher price growth and the price rise margin was 6.8%, 2.6% and 1.3% respectively. Zinc, lead and sulfuric acid suffered bigger price drops, down 2.6%, 1.5% and 1.5% respectively.
