Eliminate Export Quota on Lube Oil, Lube Oil Base Oil and Lube Grease      

The Ministry of Commerce announces that China eliminates export quota on lube oil (HS: 27101991), lube grease (HS: 27101992) and lube base oil (HS: 27101993), effective July 1st, 2008, and changes it into export license method. For the mode of general trade, the state continues to exercise state-owned trade management, and customs make clearance by export licenses.
   State-owned enterprises that can do trade of lube oil, lube grease and lube oil base oil include Sinochem Corporation, China International United Petroleum & Chemical Co., and PetroChina International Co., Ltd.
