India Makes Antidumping Final Ruling on Diclofenac Sodium     

On May 29th, 2008 India made an antidumping final ruling on diclofenac sodium (HS code: 29420090) originated from China. An antidumping tax of 144 Rupees per kg will be imposed.
   On June 4th, 2007 India launched a dumping investigation into diclofenac sodium originated from China. On January 28th, 2008 India made an affirmative preliminary ruling on the case. (CCR2008 No. 9)
