Merging of Qinghai Salt Lake and Salt Lake Potash    

The merging of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Qinghai Salt Lake, SZ: 000578) and Qinghai Salt Lake Potash Co., Ltd. (Salt Lake Potash, SZ: 000792) that has caught great attention in public will soon come out. Both sides announced on June 26th that their stocks will stop deal from June 26th, to start merging of the two companies.
   But the merge will give rise to a new problem. Qinghai Salt Lake and Salt Lake Potash whose 30.6% equity interest is held by Qinghai Salt Lake have a lot of correlation because they own the same salt lake resources.
