China Terminates Antidumping against Imported Caprolactam    

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announces that China terminates the imposition of the antidumping tax on caprolactam (HS code: 29337100) originated from Japan, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Russia and also terminate the intermediate reevaluation investigation into Russia Kemerovo Joint Stock Company, effective June 6th, 2008.
   In 2003 MOC announced to impose an antidumping tax on caprolactam originated from the above mentioned countries for five years from June 6th, 2003.
   On September 3rd, 2007 MOC announced to launch intermediate reevaluation investigation into caprolactam originated from Russia Kemerovo Joint Stock Company. (CCR2007 No. 26)
