USA Launches Antidumping Sunset Reevaluation Investigation into PVA      

On June 2nd, 2008 the United States decided to launch an antidumping sunset reevaluation investigation into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA, HS code: 39052000) originated from China, Korea and Japan.
   On October 1st, 2002 the United States launched a dumping investigation into PVA originated from China. On September 2nd, 2003 the dumping extent of Chinese enterprises related to the case was changed to 6.91% - 97.86%.
