USA Launches Dumping Investigation into HEDP     

On April 9th the United States decided to launch a dumping investigation into hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP) from China and India.  
   On March 19th Compass Chemical International LLC submitted an application for the dumping investigation. The United States will make a preliminary injury ruling on around May 5th and a preliminary antidumping ruling on around August 26th.
