India's Ruling on Sulfur Black     

In March India announced the preliminary ruling on the antidumping case of sulfur black originated or imported from China.
   The temporary antidumping tax is US$436.21 per ton for Dalian Green Peak Chemicals Co., Ltd., US$208.09 per ton for Shanxi Linfen Dyeing Chemicals Co., Ltd. and US$496.86 per ton for other enterprises.
   On June 26th, 2007 India launched a dumping investigation into the said product. (CCR2007 No. 20) China exported 6 594 tons of sulfur black to India in 2007, accounting for around 16% of the total exports.
