EU Terminates Investigation into PVA      

On March 10th the EU decided to terminate the dumping investigation into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) originated from China Mainland and Taiwan Province. The temporary antidumping tax imposed in the past will be removed.
   In December 2006 the EU launched dumping investigation into PVA during the period from October 2005 to September 2006. In September 2007 the EU decided to impose a temporary antidumping tax of 10% on the said product for six months. (CCR2007 No. 28)
