India's Ruling on Rubber Assistants from China      

According to China Rubber Industry Association on March 26th, India has made an antidumping preliminary ruling on rubber assistants originated or imported from China.
   No antidumping tax is imposed on rubber accelerators CBS (CZ) and TMT (TMTD). The temporary antidumping tax on MBT is 23.11 rupees per kilogram for Shandong Shanxian Chemical Co., Ltd. and 33.51 rupees per kilogram for other Chinese companies. The temporary antidumping tax on TDQ is 20.55 rupees per kilogram for Chinese companies. The temporary antidumping tax on PVI is 12. 45 rupees per kilogram for Shandong Shanxian Chemical Co., Ltd., 23.44 rupees per kilogram for Shandong Yanggu Huatai Chemical Co., Ltd. and 29.34 rupees per kilogram for other Chinese companies. The temporary antidumping tax on PX-13 is 48.34 rupees per kilogram for Shanghai Sheng'ao Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. and 66.62 rupees per kilogram for other Chinese companies.
   In July 2007 India launched a dumping investigation into the said products. (CCR2007 No. 22)
