Longsheng to Strengthen Presence in Inorganic Business     

Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd. (SH: 600352) announced on April 7th it intends to purchase a 74.81% stake in Zhejiang Longhua Holding Company for a consideration of RMB360 million, from several shareholders including Zhejiang Longhua Group.
   With the acquisition, Longsheng plans to enter into inorganic business and extend its products chains.  
   Longsheng is a leading manufacturer of environmental friendly dyestuffs, located in Shangyu of Zhejiang province.
