Sunset Reevaluation Final Ruling on Sodium Dithionite Case     

On January 31st, 2008 Korea made an antidumping sunset reevaluation final ruling on sodium dithionite (HS code: 28311010) originated from China. It was decided to continue to impose an antidumping tax of 12.11%-36.18% on the import of the said product from China. The implementation duration is up to January 31st, 2010.
   On August 2nd, 2003 Korea launched dumping investigation into the said product. On June 23rd, 2004 Korea made a final ruling on the case, imposing an antidumping tax of 11.78% - 21.07% for three years. On February 15th, 2007 Korea started antidumping sunset reevaluation investigation procedures.
