Sunset Reevaluation Investigation on Glyphosate     

On February 1st, 2008 Brazil announced to launch antidumping sunset reevaluation investigation procedures on glyphosate originated from China.
   On August 30th, 2001 Brazil launched a dumping investigation into glyphosate originated from China. On February 12th, 2003 Brazil made a final ruling on the case, imposing an antidumping tax of 35.8%. The duration of implementation was up to February 12th, 2008.
