Ningxia E'ppens Group Launches Amino Acid Project    

On October 26th, 2007 construction on the 80 000 t/a amino acid project of Ningxia E'ppens Group was started in Yongning County, Ningxia.
   The project with an investment of RMB456.23 million occupies an area of 26.7 hectares. After the completion of the project, the profit will be added by RMB102 million a year for the company.
   Ningxia E'ppens Group, located in Yinchuan, Ningxia, is a large-scale enterprise focusing on foodstuff, feed, chemical and bioengineering and owns a production capacity of 84 000 t/a sodium glutamate, 60 000 t/a lysine, 100 00 t/a compound fertilizer and 300 000 t/a starch. The lysine produced by the company has quite strong competitive edge in domestic market.
