Two Research Projects Pass Appraisal    

The medium compression ratio PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) disperse resin CGF238 project and the 1 500 t/a fluorine rubber project in Zhonghao Chenguang Research Institute of Chemical Industry have passed the research achievement appraisal.
   Medium compression ratio PTFE disperse resin CGF238 is a PTFE disperse resin for pipe extrusion. It is mainly used in PTFE pipes with a diameter of 3-20mm. It can have a long-time use at -200-250 degree centigrade. The resin has excellent properties of oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance and electric insulation and can be used in sophisticated sectors such as national defense, electronic, automobile and pharmaceutical sectors. The successful development of the product has added a variety to modified disperse resins in China and can greatly upgrade the technical level of the organofluorine sector in China.
   The 1 500 t/a fluorine rubber project uses 3 patent technologies developed by the institute itself and a large fluorine rubber polymerization reactor (4000L) made in China. The unit has advanced process technology and stable product quality.
