120 000 T/A Methylamine/DMF Project Starts Production       

On October 9th, 2007 the 120 000 t/a methylamine/DMF (dimethyl formamide) project in Jiuyang Company of Anyang Jiutian Chemical Group was completed and went on stream in Anyang, Henan province.
   The project has a total investment of around RMB400 million and occupies an area of 5.3 hectares. The completion of the project has enabled the company to become the leading mixed methylamine and DMF producer in China.
   Jiutian Chemical Group is a subsidiary of Anyang Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. It got listed in Singapore Exchange Limited, SGX on May 4th, 2006.
   Anyang Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd is one of the 500 largest chemical industry enterprises in China. Major products of the company include urea, combined fertilizer, DMF, methanol and mixed methylamine.
