On September 13th, 2007 to respond to increasing demand for copolyester (Polyethylene Terephtalate Glycol or PETG) sheets in Asia, Laserlite Australia has launched a line of PETG sheets using industry leader Eastman Chemical Company's copolyester resin. This clear, versatile and remarkably pliant material is ideal for creating stand-out point-of-purchase displays, in-store fixtures and interior design applications.
   Harnessing the many benefits of Eastman's copolyester, Laserlite's robust PETG sheet possesses excellent fabrication and thermoforming properties, empowering designers and fabricators to efficiently create intricate three dimensional shapes with relative ease. The sheet requires no pre-drying at comparatively low thermoforming temperatures and possesses a unique 3D deep draw thermoforming capability.
