Momentive : Silwet Hydrostable 68 Superspreader     

On September 24th, 2007 Momentive Performance Materials Inc. introduced Silwet Hydrostable 68 superspreader, an advanced silicone surfactant that may help support a wide range of product performance enhancements for home care, institutional and industrial (HII) formulators. These formulators may use Silwet Hydrostable 68 superspreader to enhance the performance of products such as dish soap, disinfectants, dishwasher detergent, window cleaners, automatic car washes, car waxes and other products for automotive surfaces.
    Silwet Hydrostable 68 superspreader is an organomodified silicone that offers surface tension reduction and superspreading properties, while remaining stable in formulations ranging from pH 6 to 8, a 25-fold expansion over the range offered by conventional surfactants.
