N-Type Special Polyimide Film    

Vibration Film for the Latest High Performance Audio Facility

First developed by us in China, N-Type special polyimide film synthesized with copolymers is a kind of light-yellow film characterized with satisfactory electrical insulation and mechanical properties. It can be used for a long period of time with good flexibility at the temperature as high as 200-250 C. Compared with the common PI film, it has lower glass transition temperature (Tg) of around 260-285 C, which makes this film enjoy special processability performance while acting as the mating insulation or high-temperature-resistant materials. It becomes the first choice for the vibration membrane of the most advanced Hi-Fi audio facilities. It can also be used for the TAB isolation belt. Due to its excellent performance, it can be molded or vacuum formed. It is widely welcomed by the customers domestic and abroad because of its lower price and same quality compared with the similar products produced in the other countries.

As a qualified mating material for Hi-Fi facilities, it has passed all the examinations in terms of elasticity, internal loss, elongation, within elastic range, sound pressure, secondary infidelity, etc.
