Fluorocarbon Coatings Resin    

The fluorocarbon coating resin production line in Jinan Hualin Chemical Co., Ltd. conducted wet commissioning in Zhangqiu Chemical Industry Park on August 7th. The product is produced through the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene with other functional monomers. It has low crystallinity and can dissolve in organic solvents. It can be cured into film at room temperature with isocyanate as curing agent.
   The production technology is jointly developed by Jinan University and Jinan Hualin Chemical Co., Ltd. The product has many unique properties such as high weather resistance, high UV resistance, chemical resistance, high corrosion resistance, low resin surface energy, good water/oil repellence, stain resistance and ideal biological stability and compatibility. It can therefore be extensively used in outer wall coatings and for corrosion resistance in various sectors.
   Jinan Hualin Chemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jinan 3F Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. It mainly produces fluorine-containing fine chemicals such as tetrafluoroethylene fluorocarbon coating resin and bromoethane pentachloride.
