HSPAC Completes Kiln-Process Phosphoric Acid Production Line in
Yichang
   
The 30 000 t/a kiln-process phosphoric acid production line in
Hubei Sanxin Phosphoric Acid Corporation (HSPAC) started
production in Hubei Yichang Development Zone Huting Park on July
28th. It is the first large kiln-process phosphoric acid
production line in the world. The production line is the first
phase of the 400 000 t/a kiln-process phosphoric acid project
with a total investment of RMB1.2 billion.
    It uses the world's advanced tunnel kiln-process phosphoric
acid technology and facility developed by the company itself.
The process can remove bottlenecks in energy conservation,
environmental protection and low-grade phosphate rock
utilization in the phosphorus chemical industry. After the full
completion of the project, a sale revenue of RMB2.4 billion can
be achieved in HSPAC a year.
    HSPAC is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise integrating
mining, dressing, acid production and product in-depth
processing. It is a company jointly funded by Shennongjia
Minerals Co., Ltd. and Baokang Jinge Minerals Co., Ltd.
