Explosion in Jinli Chemical Plant   
On July 23rd, 2007 a reactor got explosion in Jinli Chemical
Plant located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province. Black sticky
matters and offensive odor scattered at the scene. Thanks to
timely rescue, no people were injured in the accident.
   According to the preliminary investigation, the ageing of
sealing gasket of the reactor may result in the explosion, with
overwhelming pressure in the reactor.

Fire in Shandong De Qilong Chemical
On July 11th, 2007 the newly built No. 2 compressor exploded in
the compression workshop of No. 1 Plant of Shandong De Qilong
Chemical Group Co., Ltd. located at Pingyuan county, Dezhou,
Shandong province. Nine people died and one people injured in
the accident.
   The accident happened during the test of the No. 2 compressor,
on which No.7 segment exit pipeline suddenly exploded because
of some serious quality problems according to the preliminary
investigation made by Dezhou Municipal Government, Shandong
province.
  Shandong De Qilong Chemical Co., Ltd. mainly produces urea,
ammonium bicarbonate, liquid ammonia, etc.

Explosion in Hunan Xingye Chemical
On July 15th, 2007 explosion suddenly happened in the
compression and synthesis workshop of Xingye Chemical Co., Ltd.
(the former Hanshou Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant) located at
Jiangjiazui town, Hanshou county, Hunan province. Three
repairmen burnt to death at the scene and seven workers got
slight injury.
    It is released by the workers in the know that the release
on the liquid ammonia valve may result in the accident.
