New Paper Pulp Production Process

Ningxia Qinning Environmental Protection Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. has
developed a new paper pulp production process through the
pollution-free alkalization of ryegrass. The process has also
won patent rights. The process can not only make extraction and
utilization of main ingredients in papermaking black liquor and
produce various chemical and biological products with high added
value, but also solve the problem of environmental pollution in
papermaking using pulp with non-wood plants as raw materials.
   Compared with papermaking black liquor treatment methods
being used today, the process has the features of small
investment, high economic performance and bright application
prospect. It uses well-developed technologies in papermaking,
chemical and energy sectors. Its commercial application can
achieve pollution-free production in papermaking using pulp
with non-wood plants as raw materials. The process has already
passed the experts' certification organized by China Technical
Association of Paper Industry and won two invention patents.
