SPCFC Launches Chemical Fertilizer Project

The large chemical fertilizer project funded by Shandong Phoenix
Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (SPCFC) was fully launched in
Tengzhou, Shandong province. Civil work was already started and
schemes for gasification technology and production scale were
also readjusted. After the readjustment, the gasification unit
will use multi-nozzle opposed water slurry pressurized
gasification technology developed by China with intellectual
property right. Three water gas slurry gasifiers will be
installed, two in operation and one standby. The processing
capacity of gasifiers is 2 500 tons of coal per day. A 360 000
t/a methanol unit, a 240 000 t/a synthetic ammonia unit and a
420 000 t/ urea unit will be put up.
   SPCFC is a comprehensive chemical enterprise controlled by
Shandong Chenlong Energy Group. Its major products include
chemical fertilizers, chemical products and new materials.
