Weekly Report for June 18th-22nd

In the week June 18th-22nd, the Mainland stock markets showed
a flat while the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index hit its new historical
high. The index of Shanghai Stock decreased 1% weekly and that
of Shenzhen Stock enjoyed a weekly increase of 0.2%.
   The policy of reducing export started to influence the
investors. The share prices of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals (SH:
600141), Hubei Sanonda (SZ: 000553), Hunan Haili Chemical (SH:
600731), which enjoyed a high increase in the week June 11th-15th
finally went down.
   On June 22nd, Chen Tonghai, President of Sinopec Group and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp. (SH: 600028),
resigned his position due to his private reason. The news has
not caused big impact on the share price of Sinopec Corp. Three
subsidiaries of Sinopec, including Sinopec Taishan Petroleum
(SZ: 000554), Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre (SH: 600871) and
Sinopec Wuhan Petroleum (SZ: 000668) ranked the leading position
in the list of weekly price increase.  
　 Yantai Wanhua became the third largest company among the
local listed chemical companies, although its MDI business is
increasingly challenged by international giants.
