Changchun Jialuxi Launches Project for Extracting Lube Oil from
Scrap Oil

    Changchun Jialuxi Lube Oil Co., Ltd. recently held a
ceremony in Jilin Changchun Erdao Economic Development Zone for
launching the construction of an industrial base for scrap oil
secondary refining. It is expected that an industrial base with
a capacity of 25 000 t/a scrap oil secondary refining will start
trial production at the end of 2007.
   The project will fully use the equipment and technology
process imported from France. It can reuse scrap oil that is
already used in machinery such as vehicles and therefore ease
the oil supply shortage. It will occupy an area of 100 000 square
meter and have a total investment of RMB300 million. After the
completion of the project, the output value can reach RMB315
million a year.
   Owing to the use of equipment with high efficiency and low
consumption and advanced production technology with energy
consumption imported from France, there is no pollutant emission
and no environmental pollution in the production. The project
can turn scrap oil generated in industrial and communication
sectors in Jilin into valuables and regenerate new energy.

R&D and production of automobile special oils and plastic
products.
