The high-tower granulation compound fertilizer project in
Shandong League Chemical Group Phosphate Compound Fertilizer
Co., Ltd. has conducted successful wet commissioning in
Shouguang, Shandong province.
   High-tower granulation compound fertilizer as a product of
new process technology has the advantages of high nitrogen
content, rational nutrient ratio and smooth product granule. The
company launched the project in October 2006 with an investment
of over RMB20 million.
    After the successful startup of the project, the daily
output of the compound fertilizer is more than 600 tons, the
capacity can reach 200 000 t/a and the sales revenue is expected
to be nearly RMB600 million. Shandong League Chemical Group has
acquired a capacity of 800 000 t/a urea, 300 000 t/a potassium
sulfate compound fertilizer, 200 000 t/a high-tower compound
fertilizer and 100 000 t/a BB fertilizer.
    High-tower granulation compound fertilizer produced in
Shandong League Chemical Group uses urea liquid as major raw
material. The new and advanced melt process is adopted. Product
quality is stable, with low production cost and effective
environmental friendliness. There are 4 varieties and over 20
formulations of high-tower compound fertilizer in the company
today.
