Salt Lake Yuantong KCl Project Conducts Trial Production

The 200 000 t/a potassium chloride forward flotation unit in
Qinghai Saltlake Yuantong Potash Co., Ltd. was completed and has
entered the stage of trial production. The purity of product has
reached 91%-93% and the total investment is around RMB119
million.
   The project is jointly funded by Qinghai Saltlake Sanyuan
Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Wentong Potassium Salt
Group Co., Ltd. The planned investment is RMB197 million and the
actual investment is estimated to be around RMB160 million.
Compared with traditional forward flotation units, the design
and the process layout of the 200 000 t/a potassium chloride
forward flotation unit are more scientific and rational.
Horizontal filters and centrifugal equipment are products with
the best performance and quality both at home and abroad.
Self-priming flotation machines at the domestic advanced level
are used.
