Vegetable Oil Polyether

Vegetable oil polyol developed by Shanghai Synica Co., Ltd.
applied for invention patent in 2006.
   The product uses vegetable grease as raw material to replace
oil resources in short supply. Application dissemination has
been conducted in PU rigid foam plates, spray PU waterproof and
heat-insulation materials and pipeline heat-insulation
materials. Wall plates, synthetic wall plates and field-cast
wall plates conforming to the national construction energy
conservation standard have been produced. Properties of PU
plates produced from vegetable oil polyol meet the requirements
of construction energy conservation. It has good dimensional
stability, great compression strength, wide
temperature-resisting range (-30-90 degree centigrade) and
adjustable flame retarding (reaching B1/B2). The thickness is
only one third of polystyrene plates and the price is two thirds
of petroleum-based PU rigid foam plates.
