Super High-Performance Sedan Radial Tire

The multi-function high-performance radial tire and the super
high-performance sedan redial tire developed by Qingdao Yellow
Sea Rubber Group of ChemChina with its own efforts have started
commercial production in the semi-steel tire production line.
   The company started the research of the multi-function
high-performance radial tire in 2006. Eight new product
varieties including P265/70R17 were developed first. As the
outer dimension, the load ability and the performance test
indexes of the tire meet the national standard, the American
standard and the European standard at the same time and the
product performance has reached international standards such as
DOT and ECE, the prototype tire has been accepted by clients.
After the completion of the project, the output is expected to
reach more than 400 000 sets/a and the sales revenue will be
RMB130 million a year.
   The super high-performance sedan radial tire proposed by
Qingdao Yellow Sea Rubber Group is developed according to the
demand of sedan radial tires with broad rim and super low profile
in medium and high-grade sedan and racing car users in European,
North American and Australian markets.
