Shenhua Group Starts Air Separation Unit

On March 13th, 2007 constructions on the four air separation
units which can produce 600 000 cubic meters of oxygen per hour
were started in Shenhua Group. These 4 units were subscribed from
Hangzhou Hangyang Co., Ltd. Contract on the agreement was signed
in the early 2007 with a total investment of more than RMB800
million.
   It is released that the 4 units will be installed on the
coal-to-olefins project located in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. With
a total investment of RMB12.4 billion, construction on the
coal-to-olefins project was started on October 28th, 2005. The
4 units will play an important role in the coal-to-olefins
project. Shenhua Group is the largest coal exploration company
in China.
