Shandong Head Launched 3 Projects

The 5 000 t/a polyanionic cellulose project, the 5 000 t/a
carboxymethyl cellulose project and the 5 000 t/a hydroxyethyl
cellulose project in Shandong Head Co., Ltd. have recently been
launched in Zibo of Shandong province. The total investment of
the 3 projects is RMB120 million. The first phase will conduct
startup in June 2007 and the second phase will be completed at
the end of December 2007. The comprehensive capacity of
cellulose ether in the company will reach 23 000 t/a at that time.
