QY Bio-Diesel Technology

At the 55th Eureca World Invention Exposition recently closed
in Brussels of Belgium, the supercritical and distillation-free
one-step QY bio-diesel technology developed by Beijing
Qingyanlihua Petro & Chemistry Co., Ltd. won the invention
golden medal.
    The technology is a one-step process. Impurity removal,
decoloration, esterification and separation are all completed
in one reactor. Methanol has no need of separation. Products can
be used only after slight purification. Equipment is simple and
equipment investment is much smaller than the two-step process.
    The production cost and the application property of
bio-diesel are basically similar to petroleum diesel.
Nevertheless, bio-diesel has satisfactory environmental
friendliness and biodegradability.
