High-Clean Methanol Fuel Oil

Xinjiang Century Petrochemical Co., Ltd. recently announced
that a new fuel oil that can replace traditional vehicle fuel
oils has been developed in Xinjiang. The company has made an
investment of over RMB2.0 million in the project. The technology
for the production of "high-clean vehicle methanol fuel oil"
already passed pilot tests in mid-October 2006.
   Methanol fuel oil is a new liquid vehicle substitute fuel with
low carbon, advanced property and high effect. Rich coal and
natural gas resources in Xinjiang can be used as major raw
materials for the methanol production.
