Multi-Functional Master Batch Assistant

Shanghai Onmillion Nanomaterials Company Ltd. recently
developed a multi-functional master batch assistant. The
product taking barium sulfate as the major component is produced
through a unique process of multi-layer modification. When it
is used in fiber-grade master batch, it can promote the
dispersion, increase the gloss and reduce the consumption (by
20%-50%) of pigments. It can also improve the spinning behavior
of colored fibers, reduce the yarn breakage rate and the split
filament and dead filament rate in fore spinning and after
spinning of fibers and increase the high-quality product rate.
Plastic-grade master batch assistant can reduce the coagulation
or flocculation and promote the dispersion of pigments in use.
The blending of such assistant with pigments can achieve
excellent effect of bright color. Color tones of the product have
good repeatability and high surface gloss. Besides, the strength,
toughness and thermal deformation temperature for plastic
products can also be improved.
