Technology for Hydrogen Preparation through Pressure Swing
Adsorption


The 1 000 Nm3/h hydrogen preparation unit using the coke oven
gas pressure swing adsorption process designed, manufactured
and installed by Dalian Samat Chemicals Co., Ltd. controlled by
Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics CAS were recently completed
and put in use in New Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. of Anshan Iron
and Steel Group Corporation of Liaoning province.
   The unit uses the most advanced pressure swing adsorption
technology and program-controlled system in China. Compared
with the existing hydrogen preparation unit in Anshan Iron and
Steel Group Corporation, the process design is more reasonable,
the automatic control system is more stable and the equipment
operation is safer and more reliable.
