INEOS Technologies Supplies BICHLORTM Membrane Electrolyser

INEOS Technologies is to supply its BICHLORTM electrolysers to
a new 70Kte pa chlorine plant being constructed by Jiangsu Suhua
Group Zhangjiagang Company Ltd. in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu
province. This will replace their existing diaphragm cell
chlorine production and is due for completion in 2007.
   AMEC Engineering and Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been
awarded the basic engineering for this project. The value of the
project has not been disclosed. INEOS Technologies has now
licensed its chlor-alkali technology to more than 60 plants
worldwide.
