Diesel Non-Hydrogenation Stabilizer Technology Passes
Appraisal

The catalytic cracking diesel non-hydrogenation stabilizer and
process technology developed by Xi'an Jiahong Petrochemical
Technology Co., Ltd. passed the appraisal for new products and
new technologies organized by Shaanxi Provincial Government.
   The technology uses natural non-metal mineral powder to
produce inorganic/organic nanometer composite materials
through modification. The stabilizer has the features of high
modulus, corrosion resistance and large charge density and can
effectively improve the oxidation stability of catalytic
cracking diesel. Its chrominance can reach 2.0-2.5 and its
stability duration is more than 3 months. It can reduce the
sulfur content by 28%-35%. The technology is also suitable to
coking diesel and scrap plastics oil refining.
   The stabilizer can effectively remove heterocyclic molecules,
nitrogen molecules, organic acids, grain stillage and colloidal
matters in the oil and improve the quality of diesel. It has low
cost, safe operation, quick effect and no wastes in production.
