HSHM PE Fiber

Hunan Zhongtai Special Arming Co., Ltd. (ZTSA) has successfully
developed high strength and high modulus polyethylene (HSHM PE).
A 1 000 t/a HSHM PE fiber and UD material plant has been
constructed. HSHM PE fiber is one of the three major special
fibers in the world. It is mainly used in the production of
bulletproof products. 45% of the total HSHM PE fiber output is
used to produce single-oriented UD material.
