Aluminum Electrolysis TAP Accurate Control Technology

The project for the "development and application of aluminum
electrolysis TAP accurate control technology" undertaken by
Guizhou Branch of China Aluminum Corporation Limited has
recently passed appraisal. An aluminum electrolysis TAP
accurate control system is established. An aluminum discharge
sway-metering mathematical model is set up through flow
time-sharing fuzzy calculation. The aluminum discharge
automatic control is therefore achieved and the accuracy reaches
0.2%. Through the use of a series of software and hardware
anti-interference technologies such as high gain wireless data
transfer set, the impact of the strong magnetic field generate
by electrolytic aluminum on the system reliability is removed
and an effective and accurate data transfer is achieved.
