Fire in an Oil Processing Plant in Fujian   

On April 12th, 2006 an oil processing plant located in Dongshi
town in Jinjiang city of Fujian province suddenly caught fire.
Fortunately, the accident caused no injury.
   According to the preliminary investigation, the accident was
due to the improper operation.
                      
Blast in a Chemical Company in Jiangsu

On April 15th, there was an explosion on a reactor in a lab of
a chemical company's research institute located in Zhoutie town,
Yixing city of Jiangsu province. The accident caused 1 death and
1 injury. Further investigation into the specific cause is being
conducted.

Fire in a Plastic Film Plant in Guangdong

On April 21st, 2006 a plastic film plant suddenly caught fire
in Shantou city of Guangdong province. Due to the timely rescue
and the emergency evacuation, the fire was effectively
controlled with no injury.

Fire in a Resin Plant in Guangxi  

On the evening of April 16th, 2006 a big fire was caused on an
oil tank in a resin plant located in Liuzhou city, Guangxi
province.
    It is estimated that wire short-circuit above the tank
caused the accident and the specific cause is being conducted.

Fire in a Chemical Plant in Hubei

On April 22nd, 2006 a chemical plant located in Xisaishan
district of Huangshi city, Hubei province caught fire. Three
workers got badly burnt.
   It is released that when the workers opened the furnace to
clean the slag inside, the spraying flame lit the surrounding
dust removing belt.
