500 T/A CFE Resin Plant Startup
A 500 t/a o- cresol- formaldehyde  epoxy  resin  plant  has
recently  started  production  at  Epoxy  Resin  Plant  of
Yueyang Petrochemical  General  Plant,   a  subsidiary  of
Baling Petrochemical Corporation. The investments  at  the
500 t/a plant was 13.2 million yuan.
  With excellent performances in heat resistance, corrosion
resistance, mechanical behavior and electrical property, o
-cresol-formaldehyde epoxy resin  is  mainly  used  in  the
manufactures  of  electronic  components  such  as  diode,
triode and integrated circuit board. Domestic demand for o
-cresol-formaldehyde epoxy resin is big, and  currently  is
met entirely by imports.
  The 500 t/a o-cresol-formaldehyde epoxy resin plant has a
flexible feature with  products.   It  produces  o- cresol
-formaldehyde epoxy resin, and can also produce many  kinds
of special epoxy resins.
