20 000 T/A Plasticizer Unit Starts Production in Fujian
Fuzhou Baolian Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd.   has  put  an
investment of 120 million yuan and constructed a  unit  of
20 000 t/a plasticizers and 10 000 t/a phthalic  anhydride
in Fujian Changle. Dibutyl phthalate produced in the  unit
has already been put in market.
