Fourth Phase PVC Project Completed in Hailuo Group
The fourth phase  PVC  project  in  Wuhu  Hailuo  Plas- tic
Profiles Co., Ltd.  of  Anhui  Hailuo  Group  has  started
production. The project has an investment of  260  million
yuan and occupies an area of 80 000 m2. It has  introduced
advanced technology and equipment from abroad.  There  are
40 PVC profile production lines in the fourth phase with a
capacity of 70 000 t/a. The third  phase  PVC  project  of
Hailuo Group started production in February this year.(See
CCR Vol. 10, No.9,   Page  18)   Anhui  Hailuo  Group  has
acquired a capacity of 100 000 t/a PVC profiles today  and
become the biggest production base of PVC profiles in China.
