Shanian Oilfield Established in Jiangsu
A 180 000 t/a oilfield  has  been  established  in  Xinghua
Shanian of Jiangsu. The oilfield has a  proven  geological
oil reserve of over 10 million tons. It has been  9  solid
months since the oilfield started production on  Dec.   16
last year. A total of 51 wells have been drilled, of which
37 wells have been put on stream.   Shanian  Oilfield  can
produce more than 500 tons of crude oil a day.
