Environmental Protection Enterprise
        to Be Established by Chori Co., Ltd.in Qingdao
Chori Co., Ltd. of Japan, the trade pioneer  between  China
and Japan in the 60, has recently held a foundation laying
ceremony of Qingdao Huachori Plastic Products Co., Ltd. in
Jiaozhou Yinghai Industrial Park. The first phase  of  the
project has an investment of 250 million yen,   and  waste
plastics  and  rubbers  will  be  used  to  produce  shock
absorbing pads  for  automobiles  and  household  electric
appliances and materials for indoor decoration.  It  is  a
  reen  enterprise  of  reusing   wastes   and   protecting
environment.  The  project  has  three  phases,   and  the
capacity will be increased from 5 000  t/a  in  the  first
phase to 20 000 t/a in the third phase.
