Editor's Note
On Sept. 22, the  State  Administration  of  Petroleum  and
Chemical Industries held a news release meeting of foreign
economic and technical cooperation  at  the  International
Chemical Industry Fair '98. Projects for foreign  economic
and technical cooperation in  the  petrochemical  industry
were announced at the meeting. We publish  these  projects
in this issue of China Chemical Reporter.
