Resin Capacity Increased in Cangzhou Chemical
                  Industrial Co., Ltd.
The shareholders' meeting of Cangzhou Chemical Industrial Co.
, Ltd. held on Sept. 1  agreed  to  expand  the  PVC  resin
capacity from 150 000 t/a to 230 000 t/a and increase  the
investment from 244.85 million yuan to 430.00 million yuan
. Besides, the investment of the associated 120 000 t/a VCM
unit will also be increased from 228.5959 million yuan  to
395.00 million yuan.
