Nickel Salt Production Base to Be Constructed in Gansu
Jinchuan Nickel Industrial Co. of Gansu,  Nanhai  Huachuang
Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd.   of  Guangdong  and  Haimao
Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. of  Hong  Kong  will  jointly
construct Jinchuan Nickel Cobalt Chemical Industrial Co. ,
Ltd. The agreement has been signed in Lanzhou.
Jinchuan is a famous nickel and cobalt production  base  in
China. There is the third biggest nickel  sulfide  in  the
world. The capacity of electrolytic nickel in Jinchuan  is
more than 30 000 t/a today.
The joint venture enterprise  will  use  local  nickel  and
cobalt resources to produce various nickel and cobalt salts.
The production scale, product grade and market share  will
all  hold  the  leading  position  in  China.   The  total
investment is 22 million yuan, and the annual turnover  is
expected to be over 100 million yuan.
